Talk:NLS LANG

I used NLS_LANG parameter set to AMERICAN_AMERICA.WE8ISO8859P1in unix environment and able to read the correct values in DB.

But when i used the same env variable in Command prompt in windows, i was not able to read the correct values. Please suggest.
