OCM

The term OCM refers to either:
- Oracle Configuration Manager (OCM) - also referred to as the Support Agent - a utility that will automatically collection and upload RDA-type information to Oracle Support.
- Oracle Certified Master (OCM) - Oracle's top level certification. See Oracle Certification Program.
